Using aspects from my training in Core-Power Yoga, this all-levels workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class includes breath work, traditional hatha postures, vinyasa flow, and core work that each person can modify to their specific needs and exercise level to achieve a full-body workout as well as a holistic experience to release tension, stress and open.

Borrowing from the best of both the Pilates and yoga traditions (with an emphasis on core work), this class will heat, strengthen, tone, and stretch out the entire body!


After a brief warm up, this all-levels class incorporates aspects of traditional strength training, yoga, and pilates to build muscle, rev up your metabolism, and increase flexibility.


In just 30 minutes this class gives you full-body toning, using light weights and your own body's resistance to make you strong and lean. Not only do you torch calories during the workout by using multiple muscle groups at the same time, but the benefits continue out of the studio as your body continues to burn calories throughout the day.


All of the fun, energy and workout benefits of a typical zumba class while staying safe for your pre/post-baby body! Staying active throughout your pregnancy not only benefits you, the baby, but also eases labor and significantly boosts recovery time. This class takes place at Steppin' Out Studio (697 South Van Ness), babysitting services provided, and parking lot next door. $15 per class
